O U R W O R K
We create accessible and empowering solutions for profound health and wellness issues. Our latest project, Liminal Ground, is a multifaceted prototype that delivers a comprehensive tool for clinicians and educators, as well as an accessible self-onboarding treatment for therapy-resistant and underserved individuals.
Designed to resonate with the Northern Irish community suffering from (C)PTSS, intergenerational trauma, chronic pain, and addiction, this iteration is ready to go into initial expansion across English-speaking markets. This will provide a strong foundation for later iterations that span major cultural and linguistic differences - helping people worldwide reconnect with their heritage, bodies, and emotions.
Next steps for Liminal Ground NI are R&D funding, clinical trials, and building integrations like guided debrief tools, augmented reality and mobile apps, and community support groups. Partnerships with universities, research institutes, and healthcare providers are in motion.
In a fast-paced AI-driven world, tools for building and maintaining emotional agility will be key for humanity. Liminal Ground positions itself not just as a therapeutic product, but as a scalable tool for emotional intelligence and mindbody education—bridging tech and humanity for the next era.
Liminal Ground: Enter the Space Between
Welcome to Liminal Ground, a magical transitional space where your body is the key to the story and to your mental health recovery. Within Northern Irish landscapes and ancient cultural design, you’ll interact with mythological characters, practice exercises, and track emotional shifts in real-time.

Unifying Art, Technology, and Neurobiology for Mental Health
Liminal Ground is an immersive VR Proof of Concept designed to deliver somatic therapy education, eco-therapeutic experiences, sound therapy, and neurobiological tools to manage difficult emotional responses and overwhelming sensations. Through Northern Irish mythology and folklore, the user navigates simulated realistic landscapes and ancient cultural symbolism, which allows them to interact with mythological characters, practice exercises, and track emotional shifts.

Innovating Embodied Solutions with Immersive VR
Drawing from the scientific and psychoanalytic research of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Peter Levine, and Dr. Candace Pert, Liminal Ground introduces the concept that sensations and emotions have natural life cycles that must be completed to maintain regulation and health. When the body experiences overwhelming situations, the nervous system stores unprocessed emotions in muscles or organs. If left unresolved, these stores can distort perceptions and cause health issues. This immersive journey teaches skills in healing environments that support users in allowing sensations and emotions to complete their cycles and leave their systems, allowing them to regain balance.

Trauma-Informed Narrative and Design
This prototype challenges the status quo of mental health recovery innovation, introducing play and dynamic therapies into accessible and interconnected engagements that deliver embodied results. Trauma-informed narrative and design empower the user to explore their emotional states, reconnect with themselves, and experience real-time physiological relief without being re-triggered or alienated by stigma.

Culturally Resonate Immersion
The user’s avatar is an Irish Fox, an unlikely hero charged with helping the Great Guardian of a Mystical Forest save his homeland from ruin. Through careful and compassionate NPC-led exercises, the user practices somatic exercises that propel the story forward.

Cross-Sector Collaboration for Real Results
A fully realised production would include 9 biomes of 12 somatic exercises using localized indigenous folklore and eco-therapeutic environments delivered to clinicians, educators, and patients worldwide. Interdisciplinary consultations with neurobiologists, psychologists, and eco-therapeutic and sound healing engineers creates a dynamic catalyst for internal healing.
